When staying at the hotel, you must fill out a special form – a guest registration card. The guest agrees to the transfer of his personal data for the purpose of maintaining registration records. A guest may be refused accommodation in a room if he is in a state of strong alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication, is aggressive and insults the hotel staff. Outsiders, at the request of the resident and with the notification of the administrator, can stay in the hotel from 10.00 to 23.00, subject to the presentation of an identity document, followed by its copying and indicating the number where the outsider is invited. Unauthorized persons may be denied access to the hotel if these persons are in a state of strong alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication, are aggressive and insult the hotel staff. A guest staying at the hotel can invite no more than 2 people to the room at the same time. Payment for accommodation is made upon check-in for the entire period of stay or prepaid in advance. The following services are provided free of charge during your stay at the hotel: Use of a first-aid kit; Delivery of correspondence to the room when it is received; Wake up at a certain time; You can get information about the paid services of the hotel at the reception desk. The hotel is not responsible for the safety of money and jewelry that has not been deposited. It is recommended to use a safe for storing personal money and jewelry. Please refrain from smoking in the room and on the territory of the hotel. The fine for smoking in the hotel is $ 250. If you have any questions, please contact the administrator on duty; Check-out time is 12.00. The room must be vacated by this time. The extension of the hotel stay is made in the following order: From 12.00 to 24.00, payment is charged for half of the daily room rate; For a longer period of stay – for every day. It is necessary to notify the administrator on duty no later than 24 hours before the planned departure about the change in the terms of stay. If the administrator is informed later than the agreed period, the hotel has the right to deduct the room price for the day following the date of actual departure.
